| 对入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划(以下简称“卓越计划”)一期的生物医学类期刊数据汇交和共享政策实施的现状和特点进行调研分析,为完善数据汇交机制、提升数据政策落实水平提供阶段性参考。采用卓越计划一期资助的生物医学类期刊为数据来源,根据科技期刊论文关联数据汇交和共享政策框架提取FAIR化实施要素9项,以期刊实施的数据政策文本为研究对象,对不同类别期刊数据政策的实施情况进行评价和统计分析。结果显示,不同资助类型、语种、出版模式、传播平台的卓越计划一期入选生物医学期刊数据政策的实施表现在数据可发现性、可获取性和可重用性上差异显著,在互可操作性方面差异无统计学意义。我国生物医学期刊应在数据汇交和共享政策框架下制定和实施数据政策,在具体实践中应重视科学数据存储库、数据使用许可协议的推荐和说明,并通过数据政策实施强化生物医学期刊伦理义务的履行。 |

| The current situation and characteristics of the implementation of data exchange and sharing policies for biomedical journals selected in the first phase of Excellence Action Plan for China’s STM Journals (hereinafter referred to as the Excellence Plan) were analyzed to provide periodic references for improving the data exchange mechanism and enhancing the level of data policy implementation. Using biomedical journals funded by the first phase of the Excellence Program as the data source, nine FAIRification elements were extracted based on the data exchange and sharing policies for science and technology journals. The data policy texts implemented by journals were used as the research objects to evaluate and statistically analyze the implementation of data policies in different categories of journals. The results show that there are significant variations in data findability, accessibility, and reusability among samples, which could be attributed to differences in funding types, languages, access models, and digital publishing platforms, but no statistical differences are observed in interoperability. Chinese biomedical journals should formulate and implement data policies within the framework of data exchange and sharing policies. In specific practice, attention should be paid to the recommendation and explanation of scientific data repositories and data licenses, and the implementation of data policies should be strengthened to fulfill the ethical obligations of biomedical journals. |
