| 利益冲突(COI)的存在可能会对研究实施、结果解读、文章撰写以及最终的出版决策产生潜在偏倚,因此,对其有效的识别、披露和管理是确保学术研究质量和可信度的基本要求。本研究检索撤稿观察数据库中因COI被处理的生物医学稿件,对COI表现形式和处理措施进行剖析,发现被处理的COI稿件表现形式多样,主要与不符合期刊商业资助政策,未充分披露作者与其他研究者、其他作者、项目负责人存在COI等因素有关。国内作者COI主要体现在未进行COI披露及非财务COI。期刊主要采取的措施为关注、关注后更正、更正和撤稿。本研究可为我国医学期刊COI政策建设和实践提供一些思考:补充商业资助的相关政策,强化对作者COI披露的规范化指导,同时亦应对非财务性COI给予足够的关注与妥善处理。 |

| The existence of conflicts of interest(COI) can potentially introduce bias in various stages of research, including its implementation, result interpretation, article composition, and ultimate publication decisions. Consequently, the effective identification, disclosure, and management of COI are paramount to ensuring the quality and credibility of academic research. This study retrieves biomedicine manuscripts flagged for COI from the Retraction Watch database, analyzes the manifestations and handling measures associated with COI, and uncovers a diverse array of COI manifestations in these manuscripts. These primarily involve violations of journal commercial funding policies, inadequate COI disclosure, and conflicts among authors, other researchers, and project leaders. Specifically, COI among domestic authors is primarily characterized by a lack of COI disclosure and the presence of non-financial COI. Journals primarily adopt measures such as noting the issue, issuing corrections post-notification, making corrections, and retracting the manuscripts. This study provides valuable insights into the development and implementation of COI policies in medical journals within China. It recommends supplementing policies related to commercial funding, strengthening standardized guidance for authors in disclosing COI, and ensuring adequate attention and appropriate handling of non-financial COI. |
