| 为了解全球范围内水产学期刊网站伦理制度建设情况,比较国内外水产学期刊网站伦理制度建设的异同。以入选《科技期刊世界影响力指数(WJCI)报告(2023)》的57种国外期刊和中国水产期刊网收录的36种国内水产学期刊为研究对象,根据作者、编辑、审稿人、出版单位4类伦理规范相关方,并结合人工智能(AI)相关的伦理问题,调查各期刊官网的伦理制度建设情况。研究发现,国内水产学期刊相比WJCI收录的国外期刊的伦理意识较弱,国内外多数水产学期刊网站都存在内容不全的问题,而AI相关的伦理问题只受到了少部分国际出版集团旗下期刊的重视。多数水产学期刊网站伦理制度建设较为滞后,需借鉴适合我国国情的国外期刊伦理建设经验,完善内容,融入渔业科技伦理,提升更新速度,通过集群化建设进一步提升出版伦理规范的规范性和完整性。 |

| This study aims to delve into the ethical framework established on the websites of fishery scientific journals worldwide, while contrasting the similarities and differences between Chinese and international journals. It examines 57 international journals featured in the “World Journal Clout Index(WJCI) Report(2023)” and 36 domestic journals listed in the China Aquatic Journal Network. The investigation encompasses four pivotal aspects of ethical norms:authors, editors, reviewers, and publishing institutions, while also incorporating ethical considerations pertinent to artificial intelligence(AI). The findings indicate that Chinese fishery scientific journals demonstrate a relatively weaker ethical consciousness compared to their foreign counterparts. Both Chinese and international journal websites generally lack comprehensive ethical content, with AI-related ethical issues being emphasized solely by a minority of journals owned by international publishing entities. The prevalent lag in ethical construction on fishery scientific journal websites is evident. Therefore, the websites of Chinese fishery scientific journals should draw inspiration from suitable foreign journal practices, taking into account China’s national conditions. They should enhance their content by incorporating fishery science ethics, expedite updates, and further strengthen the standardization and integrity of ethical norms through collective efforts and cluster construction. |
