      建设中国特色世界一流科技期刊是提升我国科技竞争力和文化软实力的战略需求。本文尝试首先界定中国特色世界一流科技期刊的核心内涵,系统剖析其建设中面临的瓶颈问题,并以期刊《光:科学与应用》(英文)的实践探索为例,针对性提出突破对策。实践表明,破局之道在于以卓越学术质量为根基,以高水平人才队伍为支点,以构建自主话语体系和价值认同为先导,以打造品牌生态体系为核心,以国际化运营和全球传播为翅膀,通过深度融入国家创新体系,强化战略支撑功能,实现从“跟跑”到“并跑”直至“领跑”的跨越。希望这些实践为建设中国特色世界一流科技期刊提供兼具理论深度与实践价值的参考范式。
英文摘要:
      Building world-class sci-tech journals with Chinese characteristics is a strategic imperative to enhance China's scientific competitiveness and cultural soft power. This paper attempts to first defines the core connotations of world-class sci-tech journals with Chinese characteristics, systematically analyzes the bottlenecks hindering their construction, and takes the practical exploration of the Light: Science & Applications journal as an example to propose targeted breakthrough strategies. Practice has demonstrated that overcoming these challenges lies in: establishing excellent academic quality as the foundation; leveraging high-caliber talent as the fulcrum; constructing an autonomous discourse system and value recognition as the forerunner; building a brand ecology as the cornerstone; international operation and global dissemination as boosting forces, by deeply integrating into the national innovation system and strengthening strategic support functions, aiming for a leap from “following” to “catching up” and eventually “leading”. It is hoped that these practices could provide a paradigm with both theoretical depth and practical value for building world-class sci-tech journals with Chinese characteristics.
