| 为了发挥好科技期刊作为科技服务平台的作用,结合期刊行业发展形势和科技高质量发展新局面,以《新疆石油地质》为例,找准区域科技期刊的定位,抓住区域专业学术成果的优势和区域专业学会组织的优势,从学术质量、服务质量和传播质量3个方面分析研究,提升期刊内容建设水平和服务供给能力,探索区域科技期刊的高质量发展路径与方法。 |

| To fully leverage the potential of sci-tech journals as service platforms, this study integrates insights from the journal industry’s development trends and the pursuit of high-quality sci-tech advancement. Taking Xinjiang Petroleum Geology as a case study, it aims to delineate the specific positioning of regional journals. By harnessing the strengths of regional professional academic achievements and associations, the analysis is conducted across three dimensions:academic quality,service quality and communication quality. The objective is to enhance the content construction and service delivery capabilities of these journals, thereby uncovering a pathway and methodology for achieving high-quality development among regional science and technology publications. |
