| 中国特色社会主义进入新阶段,各行各业迈入高质量发展新征程。科技期刊作为促进文化和科技融合发展的出版载体,在坚定文化自信和践行科技创新方面发挥了重要作用。推进科技期刊的高质量发展,关键在于培养思想觉悟高、思维模式优、工作能力强的编辑人才。本文阐释了融合型科技期刊编辑的内涵与担当,基于“认知—思维—行为—结果”循环链和黄金圈法则提出适用于编辑工作的2种思维模式,分析了融合型科技期刊编辑应锤炼的4种工作能力,为培养新时代高质量编辑人才提供建议。 |

| Socialism with Chinese characteristics has ushered in a fresh phase, and diverse sectors have embarked on a new voyage towards high-quality development. Sci-tech journals, serving as pivotal publishing platforms for fostering the integration of culture and sci-tech, have played a crucial role in bolstering cultural confidence and driving sci-tech innovation. To propel the high-quality progression of sci-tech journals, nurturing editors endowed with accurate ideological awareness, exceptional thinking paradigms, and a multifaceted skill set is paramount. This paper elucidates the essence and duties of editors of sic-tech journals, introduces two thinking frameworks rooted in the circular chain of “cognition-thinking-behavior-result” and the golden circle principle, and examines four core competencies essential for their work. Consequently, it offers insights on cultivating high-caliber editorial talents in the contemporary era. |
