| 探讨发展新质生产力如何为我国科技期刊的发展注入新鲜活力与拓展战略视野,同时,这一变革也对科技期刊编辑的专业能力提出了前所未有的高标准要求。剖析科技期刊领域内新质生产力建设的迫切需求,明确适应这一趋势所需的行业人才核心特质。从出版业态的突破性创新、出版服务的价值深化与增值、行业内部的创新驱动策略、经济价值的创造性转化、国际合作与深度融合的路径探索5个维度,构建科技期刊人才培育的综合性策略体系。这些策略为科技期刊编辑指明了提升自我适配能力的具体方向,也为推动我国科技期刊行业迈向高质量发展阶段提供了实践指南。 |

| This study delves into how the evolution of new quality productive forces imbues fresh vigor into and expands the strategic horizons of China’s sci-tech journal industry. Simultaneously, this transformation imposes exceptionally rigorous benchmarks for the professional expertise of editors within the field. Furthermore, it examines the imperative for fostering new quality productive forces within this domain and elucidates the core competencies required of industry talents to align with prevailing trends. The study proposes a holistic framework for nurturing talent in sci-tech journals, encompassing five pivotal dimensions:pioneering innovation in publishing, enhancement and appreciation of service value, industry-oriented strategies, inventive economic value transformation, and exploration of international collaboration and integration. These strategies furnish editors with concrete guidance to augment their adaptability and offer practical insights for propelling China’s sci-tech journal industry towards a phase of high-quality development. |
