| 当前科技期刊迎来前所未有发展机遇,对人才需求迫切,然而期刊领域存在人才资源整合利用及人才建设全局观缺乏状况。本文聚焦科技期刊出版全产业链,把科技期刊人才建设区分状况为内核和外延2个维度,通过阐述《安全与环境学报》近5年来的人才举措,介绍《学报》如何在编委、青年编委、编辑、审稿人、作者和读者6个维度,进行全方位的人才改革建设,使期刊取得快速、高质量提升,为国内中文科技期刊通过系统化人才建设改革,进而提升办刊质量,提供理论和实践支撑。 |

| Currently, sci-tech journals are presented with unparalleled opportunities for growth. There exists an immediate demand for skilled professionals in this domain. Nevertheless, the human resources within the sci-tech journal sector suffer from inadequate integration and underutilization, and talent development lacks a comprehensive, global perspective. This paper centers on the entire industrial chain of sci-tech journal publishing and categorizes the cultivation of sci-tech journal talent into two dimensions:core and extended. By detailing the talent-related initiatives implemented over the past five years, the paper illustrates how journals can undertake comprehensive talent reform and development across six key areas:editorial boards, young editorial boards, editors, reviewers, authors, and readers. This approach facilitates rapid and high-quality advancement for the journals. Furthermore, it is our hope that this paper will offer both theoretical insights and practical guidance to domestic Chinese sci-tech journals, enabling them to enhance their publication quality through systematic talent construction reforms. |
