| The exploration and practice of the training of editorial talents is summarized with a case study of the Academic Journal Center of Dalian Maritime University. The center has surmounted the difficulties in personnel recruitment and established a comprehensive youth editor training model integrating “vision encouragement, quench and sharpen for excellence, combining editing and research, platform utilization, and enhanced collaboration.” The effectiveness of this approach at the center has significantly boosted journal development.SUniversities should tailor their approaches to strengthen editorial team construction based on their specific characteristics. The practice of the training of editorial talents at this center serve as a valuable reference for many universities aiming to strengthen editorial teams in academic journals and tackle developmental bottlenecks. |
