| 面对高水平论文外流、内容同质化严重等挑战,中国激光杂志社中文期刊的主编团队坚持中国人办好中文刊的责任感与使命感,依托科学的组织架构和明确的职责分工,引领期刊在提升学术质量、传播效率和品牌影响力等取得显著成效。其创新工作体现在高质量稿源挖掘、特色专题及专题子刊建设、学术活动运营、出版模式创新、期刊品牌建设与宣传等方面。针对主编团队建设方面,提出由国家部委、主编所在单位和期刊出版单位共同构建主编培育生态体系等建议。通过总结与分析一流中文科技期刊主编团队在推动期刊建设与发展中的多方面引领作用,为中文科技期刊的可持续发展提供经验和参照。 |

| Facing persistent challenges including the outflow of high-quality manuscripts and pronounced homogenization trends, the editorial leadership team of Chinese journals at Chinese Laser Press has demonstrated unwavering commitment to advancing scholarly publishing excellence. By implementing a scientifically designed organizational framework and precise role delineation, they have achieved substantial improvements in academic quality, dissemination efficacy, and brand recognition. Their innovative initiatives encompass:1)proactive cultivation of high-impact manuscripts through global talent engagement, 2)strategic development of thematic special issues and specialized sub-journals targeting emerging disciplines, 3)organization of high-profile academic forums and international symposia, 4)pioneering adoption of hybrid publishing models integrating open access and rapid dissemination channels, and 5)systematic reinforcement of journal branding through multidimensional outreach campaigns. Furthermore, regarding editorial team development, this study proposes the establishment of a collaborative cultivation ecosystem integrating national policy guidance, institutional resource support, and publisher-driven professional development programs. By systematically analyzing the multifaceted innovative practices of leading Chinese sci-tech journal editorial teams, this research provides critical insights and actionable references for fostering sustainable development within the Chinese-language scientific publishing landscape. |
