| 为探究DeepSeek与OfficeAI相结合在期刊出版与发行中的智能化应用,从而提高编辑工作效率并满足期刊视频化需求,通过实例分析二者在编校工作以及脚本创作中的表现和效果。结果表明:将DeepSeek嵌入OfficeAI之后,能够较好地处理文章润色、脚本起草等任务；“选择模板 + 更改提示词 + 不断调整”是当前最为适用的使用方法,其在文本改进、PPT结构搭建、视频脚本编写以及内容整理方面均有良好表现,能在一定程度上提高编辑的工作效率。然而,该模型存在受网络依赖限制,以及文生视频细节处理不够完善等问题,未来若能够优化本地功能并改进文生视频的效果,或许可为出版业融合发展提供更有力的支撑。 |

| This study explores the integration of DeepSeek and OfficeAI in the intelligent development of journal publishing and distribution, focusing on improving editorial efficiency and meeting video content needs. Through case studies, we evaluated its performance and effectiveness in editing and scriptwriting tasks. The findings show that combining DeepSeek with OfficeAI handles tasks like text polishing and script drafting well. The most practical approach is "choosing templates, tweaking prompts, and making ongoing adjustments." It performs reliably in refining text, building PPT structures, drafting video scripts, and organizing content, noticeably boosting editorial productivity. However, it relies heavily on an internet connection, and the detail in video generation still falls short. If local functionality can be enhanced and video output improved in the future, this combination could offer stronger support for the evolving publishing industry. |
