      计算机技术和互联网技术的飞速发展,为科技学术期刊出版带来便利,但同时也伴随着严峻的信息安全问题。本文分类归纳了科技学术期刊编辑面临的潜在信息安全隐患类型,深入描绘了这些隐患可能发生的具体风险场景,从而全面揭示了信息安全问题的复杂性与紧迫性。最后,从出版流程中信息安全事故发生的事前、事中和事后提出相应的防控策略,旨在提升科技学术期刊编辑的信息安全防控意识与保障水平。

      With the rapid advancement of computer and internet technologies, while modernizing publication workflows for sci-tech journals, these innovations have simultaneously introduced critical information security challenges. This study systematically categorizes and analyzes the spectrum of potential information security risks encountered by editorial teams of sci-tech journals, elucidating specific threat scenarios through practical case illustrations to underscore the multidimensional complexity and operational urgency of cybersecurity management. By contextualizing risks across digital publishing platforms, data transmission networks, and user access interfaces, the analysis reveals vulnerabilities in content integrity, system resilience, and privacy protection. The research subsequently formulates a three-stage risk management framework, proposing proactive prevention measures, incident response protocols, and post-event recovery strategies tailored for editorial workflows. These recommendations aim to elevate information security governance capabilities among sci-tech journal editorial teams while establishing a benchmark for risk mitigation in digital academic publishing ecosystems.
