| 科技期刊集群化发展通过统筹管理、资源共享,可以有效降低成本,提升期刊质量。期刊集群化发展要求编辑角色和职责应进行细分,编辑角色多元化促进期刊集群的高质量发展。针对我国科技期刊编辑精细化分工不足等问题,本文借鉴国际大型科技期刊出版机构的人力资源配置经验,结合国内期刊集群化发展探索经验,提出多元化、差异化设置编辑角色的建议,以期为我国科技期刊出版机构提升办刊质量、增强国际竞争力提供参考。 |

| The sci-tech journal cluster can achieve cost reduction and quality enhancement through centralized management and resource optimization. The establishment of such clusters necessitates a refined division of editorial roles, where role diversification becomes pivotal for driving high-quality cluster development. Addressing the issue of insufficient specialized labor division among Chinese sci-tech journal editors, this study integrates international best practices in human resource allocation with domestic cluster development experiences. It proposes a differentiated editorial role configuration framework, emphasizing functional specialization and hierarchical differentiation. These recommendations aim to provide actionable insights for Chinese sci-tech journal publishers seeking to elevate publication standards and strengthen global academic influence. |
