我国科技发展迅速,但科技论文外流严重导致科技期刊发展滞后,不利于科技长期发展。在科技发展和政策支持的推动下,我国科技期刊,尤其是“卓越计划”入选期刊,积极实践探索,积累了宝贵的办刊经验。我国科技期刊守正创新,依托政策支持、提升学术引领能力、加强人才队伍建设、加快融合发展、推进集群化建设,初步形成“政策引领-内容筑基-人才支撑-技术赋能-集群突破”的发展模式,显著提升了期刊整体质量和服务科技创新的能力。我国科技期刊的高质量发展仍任重道远,上述模式尚需持续深化与完善。 |

In recent years, China has witnessed rapid advancements in science and technology. However, the outflow of high-quality scientific research papers has become increasingly pronounced, as the development of sci-tech journals has failed to keep pace with technological progress. This disparity hinders the sustainable growth of China’s scientific and technological ecosystem. Leveraging scientific breakthroughs and policy incentives, particularly through initiatives like the “Excellence Project” leading sci-tech journals have accumulated valuable experiences. These journals have maintained their relevance and innovation by focusing on several strategic priorities:leveraging policy support, enhancing academic leadership, strengthening talent team development, accelerating digital integration, and promoting cluster-based collaboration. China’s sci-tech journals have thus established a preliminary development model characterized by“policy guidance, content excellence, talent empowerment, technological enablement, and cluster-driven breakthroughs.” This model has significantly elevated the overall quality of sci-tech journals and strengthened their role in supporting scientific and technological innovation. Nonetheless, the journey toward high-quality development remains ongoing, necessitating continuous refinement and deepening of this framework. |
