| 随着开放获取期刊(open access journal)的发展,其质量控制问题逐渐凸显,尤其是掠夺性期刊(predatory journal)出现并对学术生态带来了不可忽视的负面影响。本文立足于当前开放获取进程不断发展的现实背景对掠夺性期刊的相关研究和学界动态进行了调研与整理,进一步梳理其历史沿革,明晰了掠夺性期刊的特征和内涵,深入探讨了掠夺性期刊的泛滥式发展对学术出版、科研人员、学术生态等造成的深远危害,并针对出版商、政府有关部门、高等学校、科研院所、科研人员乃至整个科学共同体提出具体的防治措施,以期为各方警惕掠夺性期刊泛滥式发展,共同净化学术生态环境提供理论参考。 |

| As Open Access Journals continue to gain prominence, the issue of quality control within this domain has increasingly come to the forefront. Notably, the emergence of Predatory Journals has exerted a significant negative influence on the academic ecosystem. This paper, grounded in the ongoing evolution of the open access movement, undertakes a comprehensive review of relevant studies and academic trends concerning predatory journals. It meticulously traces their historical development, elucidates the defining characteristics and connotations of predatory journals, and delves deeply into the pervasive harm they pose to academic publishing, researchers, and the broader academic ecosystem. Furthermore, the paper proposes specific preventive and control measures tailored for publishers, relevant governmental bodies, universities, research institutions, individual researchers, and indeed the entire scientific community. It aims to serve as a theoretical guide, urging all stakeholders to remain vigilant against the proliferation of predatory journals and to collaborate in purifying the academic ecosystem. |
