| 近年来,中国临床实践指南和专家共识的发布数量迅速增加,但重复发表(多刊同时或二次发表)的现象也日益普遍。本文以2019—2023年中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)来源期刊中的466篇重复发表指南为样本,调查了其规范性、一致性及版权信息标注情况。研究发现,重复发表虽有助于指南的广泛传播,但也带来了文献冗余等问题。具体问题包括标题、作者署名、关键词、等要素的不一致,以及著作权信息标注不规范。为此,本文提出,在确有必要同时/二次发表的情况下,通过构建统一的指南发布平台、建立跨期刊发表联盟、强化期刊自律等对策规范指南的发表行为,确保其传播的准确性和一致性,最终提升临床指南共识的出版质量和影响力。 |

| In recent years, the number of clinical practice guidelines and expert consensus published in China has increased rapidly, but the phenomenon of duplication (simultaneous or secondary publication of multiple journals) has become increasingly prevalent. We investigate 466 duplicate guidelines or consensus in China Science Citation Database (CSCD) source journals from 2019 to 2023, focusing on their normalization, consistency and copyright information labeling. Although duplicate publishing contributes to the wide dissemination of the guidelines, it also brings problems such as literature redundancy. The specific problems include the inconsistency of title, author signature, Keywords, abstract and other elements, as well as the non-standard annotation of copyright information. Therefore, this paper proposes several measures to standardize the publishing practices of guidelines. These include establishing a unified guideline publishing platform, forming cross-journal publishing alliances, and strengthening journal self-discipline. By ensuring the accuracy and consistency of guideline dissemination, these measures aim to enhance the quality and influence of clinical guidelines and consensus documents, particularly when duplicate publishing is deemed necessary. |
