| 近年来我国学术撤稿现象不断增多,而医药卫生期刊在撤稿全流程规范化建设中仍面临统一制度缺失、执行不力等问题。本研究以“中国科学引文数据库”(CSCD)收录的301本医药卫生期刊为研究对象,通过对其官网、主要数据库及微信公众号的撤稿数据调查发现,89.5%的中文期刊未公开撤稿规范,撤稿声明要素缺失严重,且期刊官网与数据库信息不一致现象严重。英文期刊虽政策透明度较高,但规范执行仍依赖国际出版商。基于此,本研究针对发现的问题提出覆盖“机制设立-调查决策-声明发布-后续管理”的撤稿全流程应对策略,旨在促进我国学术期刊撤稿机制的规范化、专业化发展。 |

| In recent years, the phenomenon of academic retraction has increased unduly in China, but medical and health journals are still facing challenges such as the lack of a unified system and ineffective implementation in the standardization of the whole process of retraction. This study takes 301 medical and health journals included in the Chinese Science Citation Database(CSCD) as the target, and finds that 89.5% of Chinese journals do not publicize the retraction standard, the elements of the retraction statement are seriously missing, and there is insufficient consistency between the official website of the journals and the information of the databases. Although English-language journals have more transparent policies, they still rely on international publishers to enforce the regulations. Based on this, this study proposes a full-process retraction response strategy covering “mechanism establishment - investigation and decision-making - statement release - follow-up management”, aiming to promote the standardization and professional development of the retraction mechanism of academic journals in China. |
