| 向专家组稿是获取优秀稿源、提升学术期刊影响力的重要途径和方法。学术期刊在组稿过程中,难免出现组稿稿件问题较多且未达到送审要求的情况,成为责任编辑非常棘手的问题。笔者结合长期组稿的实践,总结归纳出5类问题来稿,并提出“首创为先”“规范为要”“内容为王”和“创新为本”4项应对原则,并给出应对建议。 |

| The expert team’s contributions constitute a pivotal approach and methodology for acquiring high-quality articles and augmenting the impact of academic journals. In the article compilation process, it is inevitable that certain submissions fail to meet the stipulated requirements, posing a formidable challenge for editors. Drawing from practical experience, this paper meticulously summarizes five categories of compiled articles that fall short of submission standards. Furthermore, it introduces four fundamental response principles:“prioritizing innovation”“emphasizing standardization as the cornerstone”“regarding content as king”and “fostering innovation as the foundation”. Additionally, the paper presents categorized response suggestions tailored to these scenarios. |
