| 科研诚信是科技创新的基础,科研不端行为严重损害科研的基石。近年来,随着科研成果的快速增加和科研环境的复杂化,学术不端行为日益增多,给医学科学研究的可靠性和公正性带来了极大的挑战。本文总结了医学期刊在审稿和编辑阶段常见的学术不端行为,包括文章相关信息不实、基金项目不当修改、作者署名不当以及图片造假等,并提出了相应的防范措施,旨在为医学期刊的编辑和审稿人员提供有效的参考和指导,进而促进科研诚信建设。 |

| Research integrity serves as the cornerstone of scientific innovation, yet research misconduct poses a critical threat to this foundational principle. In recent years, the exponential growth of research outputs and escalating complexity of scholarly environments have coincided with a marked rise in academic misconduct incidents, significantly jeopardizing the reliability and equity of medical research. This manuscript systematically examines prevalent forms of ethical breaches encountered by medical journals during peer review and editorial processing, encompassing misrepresentation of factual information, unauthorized alterations to funding disclosures, improper authorship attribution, and intentional image/data manipulation. Furthermore, it formulates evidence-based preventive strategies to equip journal editors and reviewers with actionable guidelines, ultimately advancing the cultivation of research integrity within the biomedical publishing ecosystem. |
