| 在科技期刊发展中,党建引领不仅是政治要求,更是推动期刊高质量发展的核心动力。南京医科大学口腔医学院杂志编辑部党支部通过“书记项目”的实践,探索出一条党建赋能科技期刊发展内驱力的特色路径。针对编辑出版质量、科研诚信、青年编辑培养等核心问题,党支部以“党建+业务”深度融合为抓手,党员责任清单、三级联动组稿、科研诚信党员责任岗等机制,实现了期刊质量与学术影响力的显著提升；通过学术交流平台搭建以及绩效考核激励,助力青年编辑成长。实践表明,党建引领能够将政治优势转化为发展动力,实现“党建—业务—人才”三位一体的协同发展,为期刊高质量发展增加动能。 |

| In the development of science and technology journals, the leadership of Party building is not only a political requirement, but also the core driving force to promote the high-quality development of journals. The Editorial Department Party Branch of the Stomatology School of Nanjing Medical University has explored a distinctive path for the high-quality development of journals through the practice of the "Secretary Project." In view of the core issues such as editorial and publishing quality, research integrity, and the cultivation of young editors, the Party Branch has adopted a deep integration of "Party building+business" as a key approach. Mechanisms such as the Party member responsibility list, three-level linkage manuscript solicitation, and the Party member responsibility post for research integrity have significantly enhanced the quality and academic influence of the journal. By establishing academic platforms and implementing performance incentives, the growth of young editors has been supported. The practice demonstrates that Party building can transform political advantages into developmental momentum, achieving the synergistic development of "Party building—business—talent" and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of journals. |
