在互联网时代,传统科技期刊面临严峻挑战。航空知识杂志社自2014年起积极转型,搭建覆盖微信、微博、抖音等16个平台的媒体矩阵,成功突破内容生产与商业转化的瓶颈。本文以此为研究案例,分析其构建的“7×24小时”图文响应机制、“短视频三位一体”内容机制及“直播赋能”的经济转化路径;阐述了通过文创开发、研学项目和垂直赛事运营形成的科普化内容商业闭环;从商业模式、复合型人才培养及技术创新3方面,深入探讨传统科普期刊在媒体融合时代的转型路径与前景。研究表明,垂直细分领域期刊唯有不断创新与超越,才能实现社会效益与经济效益的双赢。 |

In the digital age, traditional sci-tech periodicals confront unprecedented challenges. Since 2014, Aerospace Knowledge Press has undertaken systematic digital transformation through constructing an integrated media matrix spanning 16 platforms including WeChat Official Account, Weibo, and Douyin, effectively addressing content production bottlenecks and commercialization barriers. Taking this case as empirical foundation, this paper examines the periodical’s innovative mechanisms featuring the “7×24h” rapid content response system for textual/visual materials, the “three-in-one” short video production strategy, and live-streaming-enabled economic conversion pathways. The analysis further elucidates how the magazine established a commercial closed-loop ecosystem through cultural-creative product development, educational study tours, and industry-specific events. Finally, the study investigates transformation paradigms and future trajectories for traditional popular science periodicals under media convergence, emphasizing innovative business models, cross-disciplinary talent cultivation, and technological empowerment. The research posits that vertically specialized periodicals can attain dual objectives of social influence and economic viability solely through sustained innovation and strategic breakthroughs in the digital era. |
