      面对数智时代学术出版范式的深刻转型,中华医学会杂志社积极探索从传统出版平台向智能化知识服务平台的战略升级,启动“知识中台”建设,作为“数字中台”体系的重要组成部分。本文系统梳理了知识中台的建设背景、功能架构与技术路径,围绕检索增强生成(RAG)、知识图谱、智能体编排及大语言模型等核心技术,探讨其在科技期刊知识组织、语义推理与服务能力建设中的作用。平台采用“知识即服务”(KaaS)模式,通过标准化API接口赋能多类用户终端,面向科研、出版、临床与公众场景提供结构化、可调用、可持续的智能知识服务。同时,本文也探讨了建设及运营过程中可能面临的关键挑战,包括技术局限性、运营难度、模型精度、人才结构与成本投入等问题,旨在为我国科技期刊的智能化转型提供参考路径与实践借鉴。

      In response to the profound digital intelligence transformation reshaping academic publishing, the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House has proactively executed a strategic upgrade from traditional publishing platforms to intelligent knowledge service systems through the development of a “Knowledge Middle Platform”(KMP)- an integral component of its overarching Digital Middle Platform framework. This paper systematically investigates the developmental context, functional architecture, and technological implementation roadmap of the KMP, with special emphasis on core enabling technologies including Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG), knowledge graph construction, intelligent agent orchestration, and large language model integration. Operating within the Knowledge-as-a-Service(KaaS)paradigm, the platform delivers structured, API-accessible, and sustainable intelligent knowledge services through standardized interfaces, catering to diversified end-user needs across research, publishing, clinical practice, and public health domains. The study critically examines implementation challenges encountered during platform development, encompassing technical constraints, operational complexity, model precision optimization, cross-disciplinary talent cultivation, and cost-benefit equilibrium. These findings offer actionable insights and replicable pathways for the intelligent transformation of sci-tech journals in China’s academic publishing landscape.
