| 数字化赋能科技期刊集群化发展生态链条涉及的维度众多,包括产业链、内容生产链、传播链、服务链、创新链、价值链等多个环节和内容的数字化转型。只有将数字技术和网络技术与科技期刊集群化发展深度融合,将科技期刊集群化发展的价值链条不断拉伸和延展,形成多利益主体良性互动的学术创新网络生态系统,才能让各科技期刊找准定位,探索符合自身发展阶段、办刊资源条件和学科专业特色的集群化发展路径。数字化赋能科技期刊集群化发展具有明显的阶段性特征:资源集群发展阶段强调区域性资源集约,遵循有组织的被动集群,具有高度的形式集群特征；专业化集群发展阶段强调学科专业优势发挥,是一群由学科专业相近或相似的科技期刊因学术而自觉走向集群的实践模式,具有高度内容集群的特征；市场化集群发展阶段的市场竞争优势明显,各科技期刊必须坚持形式集群和内容集群紧密结合,实现集群规模基础上的特色发展和品牌塑造。实践中存在有组织的规模集群和学科专业的自主集群2种发展模式,理想的实践样态是将2种集群发展模式紧密结合起来。 |

| The digital empowerment of sci-tech journal cluster development encompasses multiple interconnected dimensions within the ecological chain, spanning industrial chain, content production chain, dissemination chain, service chain, innovation chain, value chain, and other critical nodes, alongside the digital transformation of content creation. Through the deep integration of digital and network technologies with sci-tech journal cluster development, the value chain of cluster development can be continuously extended and enhanced, fostering an academic innovation network ecosystem characterized by benign interactions among diverse stakeholders. This approach enables individual sci-tech journals to identify their unique positioning and explore cluster development pathways aligned with their specific developmental stages, publication resource conditions, and disciplinary characteristics. Empirical analysis reveals that digital empowerment practices exhibit distinct phased characteristics:the resource cluster stage prioritizes regional resource consolidation under organized passive clustering frameworks, manifesting high-level formal cluster attributes; the specialized cluster stage emphasizes disciplinary advantage utilization through intentional academic clustering of journals with similar disciplinary focuses, demonstrating content-driven aggregation; and the market-oriented cluster stage highlights competitive advantages requiring formal clusters to integrate closely with content clusters for scalable brand development. In practice, two primary development models have emerged organized scale clusters and disciplinary specialty-driven autonomous clusters with the optimal scenario being their strategic integration. |
