基于国内外学术出版规范中作者署名的相关规定与共识,分析我国学术论文中的“同等贡献”作者署名不当问题。结果表明,这一问题的成因主要是学术论文中“同等贡献”署名规范不健全、科研评价体系的量化导向偏差以及科研人员过于追逐名利。为此,提出以下防范策略:科技期刊出版单位完善署名审核制度,明确“同等贡献”署名条件;学术管理部门应细化署名规范并优化科研评价体系,加强署名规范培训,严厉处罚署名不端;科研人员需弘扬科学家精神,端正科研目的,强化责任意识,以实际贡献为署名及排位依据。 |

Based on established domestic and international academic publishing norms regarding authorship regulations and consensus, this study examines the issue of inappropriate “equal contribution” labeling in Chinese scholarly publications. Findings reveal that the primary drivers behind such misattribution include:1)the absence of robust institutional frameworks governing “equal contribution” designations in academic papers, 2)the quantitative bias inherent in current research evaluation systems, and 3)researchers’ excessive pursuit of reputation and material benefits. To address these challenges, we propose the following mitigation strategies:academic journals should enhance their authorship verification protocols and establish clear criteria for “equal contribution” claims; research administration bodies ought to refine authorship guidelines, realign evaluation metrics with qualitative standards, implement mandatory ethics training programs, and enforce strict penalties for authorship misconduct; and individual scholars must cultivate professional integrity by ensuring authorship order and credit allocation strictly reflect documented contributions. |
