| 本文以《大地构造与成矿学》为例,设计了在Word中一键进行全文段落格式设置的宏程序。该程序的框架分为3个部分:1)前处理过程；2)定义全文各段落的类型过程；3)自动段落格式设置过程。部分段落还有一些特殊内容处理,例如英文作者中姓的拼音大写、名的拼音首字母大写其余小写及姓名后的数字或星号为上标等。该设计方法可以根据不同期刊的规范要求来定义段落类型及修改对应的段落格式设置过程,可被借鉴并应用到其他期刊,设计的程序可以减轻编辑的工作量并提高工作效率。 |

| This paper exemplifies the journal Geotectonica et Metallogenia and presents a macro program in Microsoft Word that facilitates one-click full-text paragraph formatting. The program’s architecture encompasses three integral components:1)Pre-processing; 2)Classification of paragraph types throughout the document; and 3)Automated paragraph formatting process. Specific paragraphs necessitate unique content adjustments, such as transforming English author names by capitalizing the surname and the initial of the given name, with subsequent letters in lowercase, and formatting numbers or asterisks subsequent to the name as superscripts. By delineating paragraph types and tailoring the corresponding formatting processes in accordance with various journals’ specifications, this design approach can be adapted and utilized for other publications. The implemented program serves to alleviate editors’ workload and enhance operational efficiency. |
