| 探讨科技期刊服务科研诚信建设的作用和问题。通过设计《有关科研诚信的调查问卷》,对审稿专家、科技期刊编辑、论文作者进行随机抽样调查,调查内容包括各自对科技期刊在科研诚信建设中的作用以及科研诚信的认知、表现等。结果表明:大部分受访者认为科技期刊可发挥传播科研诚信理念、严把科研论文发表的科研诚信关、开展科研诚信建设监督、提供诚信教育与培训、组织开展科研诚信建设的经验交流和学术研究等作用。同时认为科技期刊在科研诚信建设中面临诸多挑战及问题,分别体现在科技期刊编辑、审稿专家、作者及科研管理者等方面。结合受访者意见和所在医学期刊工作实践经验,提出了科技期刊加强服务科研诚信建设的若干对策建议。 |

| This study examines the roles and challenges associated with research integrity governance in sci-tech journals. Through self-administered questionnaires distributed to randomly sampled reviewers, journal editors, and authors, the research investigates stakeholders’ perceptions and practices regarding research integrity maintenance and the functions of sci-tech journals in this governance framework. Survey findings indicate that most respondents universally recognize sci-tech journals’ effectiveness in disseminating research integrity principles, conducting rigorous ethical reviews during publication workflows, overseeing integrity compliance, delivering integrity training programs, and organizing knowledge-sharing forums and scholarly research activities. However, consensus exists regarding persistent challenges across four critical dimensions:journal editorial practices, peer reviewer conduct, author responsibilities, and institutional research management systems. Building on survey feedback and practical insights from medical journal operations, this paper formulates targeted strategies to strengthen research integrity oversight mechanisms within sci-tech journal ecosystems. |
