| 随着科技期刊对专题策划出版的重视逐渐加强,较多期刊采用了专家组稿、编辑部约稿的形式组织专题专栏。为进一步拓展专题出版的路径,《中华护理杂志》探索了通过自由来稿组织专题的新形式。实践结果表明,对于年来稿量比较大的期刊,采取自由来稿形式出版专题,可大幅提升专题出版效率,还能进一步吸引稿源、增加合作,助力期刊传播力及影响力的提升。本文归纳《中华护理杂志》的专题出版情况,介绍自由来稿专题出版的实践经验,以计量分析的方式呈现实践成效,并剖析自由来稿形式成功出版专题的关键要素,以供借鉴。 |

| As sci-tech journals increasingly prioritize feature planning and publication, many have adopted special column formats through expert-curated manuscripts and editorial board commissions. To further expand feature publication pathways, the Chinese Journal of Nursing has pioneered a novel approach by organizing themed issues via open submissions. Practical outcomes demonstrate that for journals receiving substantial annual contributions, implementing special topics through open submissions significantly enhances publication efficiency, attracts diverse manuscript sources, fosters collaborative opportunities, and contributes to enhanced journal dissemination and academic influence. This paper documents the feature publication evolution of the Chinese Journal of Nursing, introduces the operational framework of open-submission themed issues, utilizes econometric analysis to demonstrate the practice’s efficacy, and analyzes critical success factors to provide actionable reference for the sci-tech journal community. |
