| 探讨科技期刊服务科研诚信建设的作用和问题。通过设计《有关科研诚信的调查问卷》，对审稿专家、科技期刊编辑、论文作者进行随机抽样调查，调查内容包括各自对科技期刊在科研诚信建设中的作用以及科研诚信的认知、表现等。结果表明：大部分受访者认为科技期刊可发挥传播科研诚信理念、严把科研论文发表的科研诚信关、发挥科研诚信建设监督、提供诚信教育与培训、组织开展科研诚信建设的经验交流和学术研究等作用。同时认为科技期刊在科研诚信建设中面临诸多挑战及问题，分别体现在科技期刊编辑、审稿专家、作者及科研管理者等方面。结合受访者意见和所在医学期刊工作实践经验，提出了科技期刊加强服务科研诚信建设的若干对策建议。 |

| It is intended to study into the roles and problems of research integrity construction on the part of scientific journals. This study utilized self-designed questionnaires on research integrity, distributed to randomly sampled reviewers, journal editors, and authors, to investigate their perceptions and behaviors in terms of research integrity and the roles of scientific journals in research integrity construction. It is manifested that the majority of respondents unanimously affirmed scientific journals’ capabilities in propagating research integrity principles, enforcing stringent ethics review during publication processes, supervising integrity construction, delivering integrity education programs, and organizing experience-sharing and academic research activities. Simultaneously, it is agreed that there are challenges and problems in the construction of research integrity mainly in four dimensions, namely journal editors, reviewers, authors and research management. Based on respondents’ feedback and practical experience from medical journal operations, this paper proposes actionable countermeasures to strengthen research integrity governance in scientific journals. |
