本文以中国科技期刊卓越行动计划优秀人才典型案例(2021—2023年)为研究对象,通过研究案例,凝练优秀期刊管理人、优秀主编、优秀编委、优秀编辑、优秀审稿人典型经验,提出我国科技期刊人才队伍建设应吸纳高水平科学家办刊、引进新质劳动者岗位人才、加强编辑的前端培养、优化编辑职业发展生态等可借鉴的经验。 |

This study analyzes exemplary cases from the Excellence Action Plan for China’s STM Journals(2021–2023)—compiled by the China Science and Technology Journals Excellence Action Plan Office—to synthesize best practices across five critical stakeholder groups:outstanding journal managers, chief editors, editorial boards, editorial staff, and peer reviewers. Through a systematic case-study approach, we propose strategic recommendations for talent development in China’s scientific publishing ecosystem. Specifically, we advocate that journal leadership should:1)prioritize recruiting high-caliber scientists to elevate editorial expertise; 2)integrate professionals from emerging productivity sectors to drive interdisciplinary innovation; 3)implement rigorous front-end training programs to strengthen core editorial competencies; 4)reform editorial career pathways to balance professional growth with institutional sustainability. These insights offer a framework for cultivating world-class journal teams capable of advancing global scientific communication. |
