| 本文以大连海事大学学术期刊中心为例,总结高校编辑人才培养的探索和实践经验。该中心克服了编辑招聘难的问题,结合自身特点形成了“愿景激励、淬砺致臻、编研结合、巧搭平台、强化协同”五位一体的青年编辑培养模式,取得了编辑人才培养的显著成效,有力促进期刊事业的发展。该中心编辑人才培养的实践经验可为普通高校学术期刊加强编辑队伍建设、解决发展瓶颈问题提供参考。 |

| This paper summarizes the exploration and implementation of editorial talent development strategies through a case study of the Academic Journal Center at Dalian Maritime University. Overcoming personnel recruitment challenges, the center has established a comprehensive youth editor training framework integrating “vision cultivation, skill refinement through practice, editing-research synergy, platform resource utilization, and collaborative network enhancement.” Empirical evidence demonstrates this model’s effectiveness in significantly accelerating journal development. Institutions should customize their approaches to strengthen editorial team development based on organizational specificities. The presented training methodology provides a replicable reference model for universities seeking to enhance academic journal editorial capacity and overcome developmental constraints. |
