| 造船出海是新时代科技期刊走向世界的必由之路,这是因为其承载着科技期刊走向世界的初心和使命,能够落实创新驱动发展国家战略,是解决“两头在外”问题的重要举措,是历史经验反思后的选择,是走向世界的长远之基。我国科技期刊造船出海有自身的后发优势,包括战略规划与政策支持、技术变革带来的机遇、科研生态优化及可借鉴的发展模式等。新时代科技期刊造船出海需要平台、渠道、标准、人才全面出海,以打造国际化、数字化期刊出版旗舰。 |

| “Setting sail in ships of our own making” is the only path for China’s sci-tech journals to reach the world in the new era. It embodies the original aspiration and mission of taking Chinese research global, implements the national strategy of innovation-driven development, offers the key to ending our dependence on foreign platforms, and builds a sustainable foundation forged from historical lessons. China’s sci-tech enjoy latecomer advantages:top-level planning and policy support, opportunities created by technological change, a steadily improving research ecosystem, and proven development models to follow. To “set sail,” journals must export not only content but also platforms, distribution channels, standards and talent, creating a flagship publishing fleet that is both international and fully digital. |
