| 推动中文科技期刊的国际化发展,是构建中国自主知识体系、提升国际学术话语权的关键举措。针对当前我国高水平科技研究成果多首选国际英文期刊发表,客观上强化了西方出版体系的现状,本文提出“中文发表,外文宣传”的科技期刊国际化发展新理念。该理念强调将原创性、突破性科技成果锚定于中文期刊,以巩固知识主权；同时,通过专业化、精准化的外文摘要、亮点解读等多模态内容,以及多语种国际传播渠道,主动向全球学术界呈现核心价值。本文进一步阐释了该理念基于“三气”(志气、骨气、底气)精神的逻辑基础,并从内容建设、传播运营与制度保障3个维度,构建了方向性的实施路径,旨在为引导优秀论文回流、服务国家科技战略、促进全球知识共享提供理论参考。 |

| Promoting the internationalization of Chinese sci-tech journals is a key measure for building China’s independent knowledge system and enhancing its international academic discourse power. In light of the current trend where high-level research achievements in China are often preferentially published in international English-language journals—thereby objectively strengthening the Western publishing system—this paper proposes a new approach to the international development of sci-tech journals:“publish in Chinese, promote in foreign languages”. This approach emphasizes anchoring original and groundbreaking sci-tech achievements in Chinese journals to consolidate knowledge sovereignty, while proactively presenting their core value to the global academic community through professional and precise multimodal content such as foreign-language abstracts and highlight interpretations, as well as multilingual international dissemination channels. The paper further elaborates the logical foundation of this concept based on the spirit of “Three Qualities” (confidence, integrity, and vision), and constructs directional implementation pathways from three dimensions:content development, dissemination operation, and institutional safeguards. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and strategic guidance for attracting outstanding research back to Chinese journals, supporting national sci-tech strategies. |
