| 在学术出版数字化转型与变革背景下,构建“编辑-作者”共同体已成为重塑学术生产关系的重要途径。“编辑-作者”共同体具备天然潜力和实现基础,但也面临着学术初心与现实需求的脱轨失调、多重影响下的语境对话矛盾,以及出版模式转变下的思维冲突等现实困境。在新的背景下,编辑与作者应践行回归学术本质、服务学科建设,构建多维对话、实现“共同参与型”合作模式,善用信息资源、共享前沿知识数据库三重路径,从而突破当前困境,促进“编辑-作者”共同体建设与发展,实现学术期刊高质量发展,吸引高质量稿件发表,进而服务于培育世界一流科技期刊、支撑科技自立自强的国家战略目标,助力破解我国基础科研“选题在外、发表在外”的困境。 |

| Amid the digital transformation and reform in academic publishing, fostering an “editor-author” community has emerged as a strategic imperative to reshape academic production relationships. While such communities possess inherent potential and operational foundations, they face practical challenges including the disconnect between academic originality and practical demands, contextual dialogue contradictions under multifaceted influences, and conceptual conflicts arising from publishing model transitions. In this new landscape, editors and authors should adhere to three pathways:returning to the essence of academic inquiry, serving disciplinary development, establishing multidimensional dialogues; achieving a “co-participatory” collaboration model; and effectively utilizing information resources and sharing cutting-edge knowledge databases. These strategies can help overcome current dilemmas, advance the construction of “editor-author” communities, promote high-quality development of academic journals, attract high-caliber manuscripts, and ultimately serve national strategic objectives of cultivating world-class sci-tech journals and supporting independent, self-reliant scientific and technological advancement. This approach also addresses the predicament of “overseas topic selection and overseas publication” in China’s basic scientific research. |
