在被视为学术智慧的超级大脑的智能增强学术范式驱动下,人工智能生成内容(AIGC)正以前所未有的动能推动医学研究范式向智能化、高效化转型。医学学术期刊传播在医学学术研究中扮演着核心枢纽与引擎的角色,必然卷入人工智能(AI)大潮。本文通过分析国内外医学期刊对AIGC稿件的编辑对策差异,揭示技术革新和产业变革带来的机遇与风险。针对我国医学期刊在风险应对中的不足,从5个方面提出防范治理路径,以期在把握智能增强学术范式新机遇的同时,抵御并消解AIGC应用对出版秩序的冲击,并致力于维护学术质量与科研诚信,构建健康和可持续发展的智能增强型医学学术生态。

英文摘要:

Driven by the smart-enhanced academic paradigm functioning as an academic intelligence superbrain, artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) is accelerating the transformation of medical research paradigms toward intelligence and efficiency with unprecedented momentum. As the core hub and engine of medical academic research, the dissemination ecosystem of medical journals is inevitably converging with artificial intelligence (AI) development trends. This paper conducts a comparative analysis of editorial strategy disparities concerning AIGC manuscripts between domestic and international medical journals, uncovering dual opportunities and challenges arising from technological innovation and industrial transformation. Focusing on the deficiencies in risk governance mechanisms among Chinese medical journals, this study constructs proactive governance frameworks from five strategic dimensions. These pathways aim to capture new opportunities presented by the smart-enhanced academic paradigm, effectively mitigate disruptions to publication order caused by AIGC applications, and safeguard academic quality and research integrity, thereby fostering a healthy and sustainable smart-enhanced medical academic ecosystem.
