| This paper literature review, curriculum survey, and expert consultation to conduct a thorough evaluation of the present situation and training requirements for editorial talent in sci-tech journals. Drawing on the research outcomes, a career development-focused, tiered, and iterative curriculum framework is proposed for nurturing editorial professionals. This framework is crafted to guarantee a strong correlation between course content and technological progress, along with the strategic goals of the scientific publishing sector, thus promoting the high-quality and sustainable growth of sci-tech journals in China. |
