| 在学术出版数字化转型与变革背景下，构建“编辑-作者”共同体已成为重塑学术生产关系的重要途径。“编辑-作者”共同体具备天然潜力和实现基础，但也面临着学术初心与现实需求的脱轨失调、多重影响下的语境对话矛盾，以及出版模式转变下的思维冲突等现实困境。在新的背景下，编辑与作者应践行回归学术本质、服务学科建设，构建多维对话、实现“共同参与型”合作模式，善用信息资源、共享前沿知识数据库三重路径，从而突破当前困境，促进“编辑-作者”共同体建设与发展，实现学术期刊高质量发展，吸引高质量稿件发表，进而服务于培育世界一流科技期刊、支撑科技自立自强的国家战略目标，助力破解我国基础科研“选题在外、发表在外”的困境。 |

| Under the background of digital transformation and reform in academic publishing, building an "editor-author" community has become a strategic choice to reshape the academic production relationship. The "editor-author" community has inherent potential and implementation basis, but it also faces practical difficulties such as the derailment and imbalance between academic originality and real demands, contextual dialogue contradictions under multiple influences, and thinking conflicts due to the transformation of the publishing model. In the new context, editors and authors should practice returning to the essence of academia, serving the construction of disciplines, building multi-dimensional dialogues, achieving a "co-participatory" cooperation model, and making good use of information resources and sharing cutting-edge knowledge databases. These three paths can help editors and authors break through the current predicament, promote the construction and development of the "editor-author" community, achieve high-quality development of academic journals, attract high-quality manuscripts for publication, and thereby serve the national strategic goal of cultivating world-class scientific and technological journals and supporting independent and self-reliant scientific and technological development, and help solve the predicament of "topic selection abroad and publication abroad" in basic scientific research in China. |
