| 基于期刊所在高校的学生资源组建大学生编辑助理团队,通过设计职能化组织架构、拓展多元招募渠道、完善规章制度、建立激励体系与建设团队文化等举措,逐步形成“学生自主管理,编辑协助赋能”的工作模式。借助此模式,编辑部带领大学生编辑助理团队高效完成了期刊数字化平台优化与内容创新等工作,同时优化了编读互动、培育了校内读者作者群体,并探索了产学研编协同发展的创新路径,初步实现了多方共赢。建设规范化的大学生编辑助理团队是高校科技期刊破解人力资源瓶颈、推动数字化转型的可行策略,该实践经验具有较好的推广价值,建议高校期刊编辑部结合自身实际进行积极探索。 |

| Leveraging student resources from the journal’s affiliating institution, a structured editorial assistant team was formed through systematic implementation of functional organizational design, diversified recruitment expansion, regulatory framework refinement, incentive mechanism establishment, and team culture cultivation. A “student-led management with editorial empowerment” model was progressively developed, under which the editorial office guided the student team in efficiently executing tasks including digital platform optimization, content innovation, and editor-reader interaction enhancement. The team also facilitated campus-based reader-author community development and explored collaborative synergies across industry, academia, research, and editorial sectors, yielding preliminary multi-stakeholder benefits. Establishing a standardized college student editorial assistant team constitutes an effective strategy for sci-tech journals in higher education to overcome human resource limitations and promote digital transformation, with its implementation experience offering valuable reference for broader adoption. It is advisable for journal editorial boards to actively explore such models based on their institutional realities. |
