| 在国家科技强国战略的宏伟目标引领下,中文科技期刊的办刊定位与发展策略亟须再思考与优化调整。本文以《山西煤炭》为案例,系统分析其办刊定位调整、发展策略实践与实际成效。《山西煤炭》的办刊实践表明,其在由行业期刊向学术期刊转型过程中,通过确立差异化办刊定位,逐步形成了面向煤炭行业一线、注重成果应用与知识服务的特色；在发展策略层面,该刊通过提升编辑部组织力、构建学术共同体、强化刊会联动及推进数字化传播,逐渐建立起与办刊定位相匹配的全新运作体系。与此同时,《山西煤炭》进一步推动了新质生产力的发展与科技成果转化,搭建了产学研合作桥梁,积极服务国家“双碳”战略与能源革命,并在激发一线“微创新”方面发挥了积极作用。本文的研究结论表明,中文科技期刊唯有紧贴国家战略需求,强化实践导向与行业服务,方能在学术价值与社会价值双重提升中实现可持续与创新发展,为建设科技强国提供有力支撑。 |

| Under the grand goal of building a strong country in science and technology, the development orientation and operational strategies of Chinese sci-tech journals necessitate reconsideration and adaptive adjustment. Taking Shanxi Coal as a case study, this paper examines the journal’s repositioning, strategic initiatives, and practical outcomes. The study reveals that during its transition from an industry-oriented periodical to an academic journal, Shanxi Coal established a distinctive orientation centered on serving frontline industry needs, promoting research application, and enhancing knowledge services. Strategically, the journal strengthened its editorial organizational capacity, fostered academic communities, reinforced collaboration with professional associations, and advanced digital communication, thereby constructing a new operational system aligned with its orientation. Meanwhile, the journal has further facilitated the development of new productive forces and the transformation of scientific achievements, built bridges for industry–academia–research cooperation, actively responded to the national “dual carbon” strategy and energy transition, and encouraged “micro-innovation”among grassroots practitioners. The findings indicate that only by aligning with national strategies, enhancing practice orientation, and strengthening industry services can Chinese sci-tech journals achieve sustainable and innovative development, elevate both academic and social value, and make meaningful contributions to the grand goal of building a strong country in science and technology. |
