| 本文以南通大学主办的《交通医学》特色栏目《再生医学》为例,总结了该栏目创办的背景、建设举措及成效；介绍了通过加强选题策划、依托专家办栏、加强编辑队伍建设等措施打造特色栏目的实践经验。实践表明,特色栏目的建设不仅能服务学科建设与医学人才培养,提升神经损伤疾病的临床诊治水平,同时显著增强了期刊的学术影响力。 |

| Taking the characteristic column Regenerative Medicine in the Journal of Traffic Medicine, hosted by Nantong University, as an example, this paper summarizes the background, initiatives, and outcomes of the column’s establishment .It also introduces practical experiences in developing a distinctive column through measures such as enhancing topic planning, leveraging expert contributions, and strengthening the construction of the editorial team. The practice indicates that the development of a characteristic column not only serves disciplinary development and the training of medical talents, improves the clinical diagnosis and treatment of neural injury diseases, but also effectively enhances the journal’s academic influence. |
