| 本文系统阐述了《护士进修杂志》通过组建青年编委会、打造“青年编委小讲堂”新媒体品牌、推行“客座主编”组稿机制、鼓励支持青年编委参与期刊建设等创新举措,构建“平台赋能—能力锻造—成果转化—生态构建”四位一体的人才培养模式。实践证明,该模式显著提升了青年护理人才的学术表达及科研能力、锻炼了组织协调及学术领导力、优化了学科生态,有效促进了高质量学术成果的产出与传播,从而提升青年护理人才的职业认同感与归属感,为同类期刊参与护理学科青年人才培养提供了可借鉴的实践经验与创新范式。 |

| This article systematically elaborates on the innovative measures adopted by Journal of Nurses Training, including forming a young editorial board team, creating the new media brand “Young Editorial Board Lecture Hall”, implementing the “Guest Chief Editor” manuscript solicitation mechanism, and encouraging young editorial board members to actively participate in journal construction. These initiatives have constructed a four-in-one talent cultivation model integrating “platform empowerment, capability forging, achievement transformation, and ecological construction”. Practice has proven that this model significantly enhances young nursing talents’ academic expression and research capabilities, cultivates their organizational coordination and academic leadership skills, optimizes the disciplinary ecosystem, effectively promotes the production and dissemination of high-quality academic achievements, thereby strengthening their professional identity and sense of belonging, and provides practical experience and an innovative model for similar journals to engage in young talent cultivation. |
