在这个AI无处不在的时代,具身智能、自然语言处理、大数据分析等技术已融入青年编辑的日常。在科学技术拉动出版效率节节攀升的背后,却悄然滋生了另一种失衡:即技术开始接管流程,“人”的意义正悄然退场。本文以真实编辑案例为切入点,指出在数字、智能时代背景下,青年编辑的责任意识弱化、专业敏感度下降等问题。青年编辑作为出版一线的实践者,正面临技术赋能与责任稀释的双向张力。面对这些困境,青年编辑应以技术为翼,以初心为舵、人本为尺,守住文字的纯净,护好出版的底线。坚守,并非抗拒技术,而是在技术洪流中重申“做人本身”不可被取代的意义。

英文摘要:

In the AI-dominated era of today, the publishing industry is experiencing an unprecedented wave of technological transformation. Concepts such as embodied agents, natural language processing, and big data analysis have transitioned from high-tech buzzwords to the everyday work environment of young editors. While efficiency is steadily on the rise, a subtle yet concerning imbalance is emerging:technology is increasingly taking control of processes, and the human element is quietly fading into the background. Drawing on real-world editorial cases, this article sheds light on prevalent issues within the digital, efficiency-oriented landscape, including a diminished sense of responsibility and reduced professional sensitivity among young editors. As frontline professionals, they find themselves navigating the dual pressures of technological empowerment and the erosion of accountability. In response, young editors should leverage technology as a catalyst for growth, uphold original intent as their guiding principle, and embrace humanism as their benchmark—all in an effort to safeguard the purity of language and maintain the ethical standards of publishing. Persisting in this endeavor does not mean resisting technological progress; rather, it involves reaffirming the irreplaceable value of the human touch amidst the relentless march of technology.
