| 随着信息传播方式的深度变革,科技期刊行业对复合型编辑出版人才的需求愈发迫切。本研究采用文献分析、问卷调查(n=154)、深度访谈(n=10)与对比分析相结合的方法,系统探究复合型编辑出版人才的培养现状与突出问题。研究显示,行业对复合型人才的核心素养已形成明确共识,尤以创新能力(90.3%)、跨学科知识(87.7%)、国际视野(66.2%)为关键要素。然而,当前复合型编辑出版人才培养工作仍面临系统性机制缺失(76.6%)、培训资源不足(57.8%)、跨学科知识体系不完善(42.2%)、国际化交流机会匮乏(41.6%)及激励机制不健全(39.6%)等多重挑战,导致编辑人才的成长路径普遍模糊。鉴于此,本研究结合行业诉求与培养途径偏好调研,批判性借鉴国际成熟经验,构建了包含跨学科知识体系、多元化技能培训与实践、国际化能力提升、完善激励机制等维度的系统性培养机制框架,并提出强化政策协同与落地支持、整合资源与创新培养模式、聚焦青年编辑成长、建立动态评估与优化机制等建议,以期为相关学会及期刊管理部门完善人才培养体系、推动行业高质量发展提供参考。 |

| With the profound transformation of information dissemination methods,the demand for versatile editorial and publishing talents in the sci-tech journal industry has become increasingly urgent. This study employs a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys(n=154), in-depth interviews(n=10),and comparative analysis to systematically explore the current status and prominent issues in the cultivation of such versatile talents. The research reveals that there is a clear consensus within the industry on the core competencies of versatile talents,with innovation ability(90.3%),interdisciplinary knowledge(87.7%),and an international perspective(66.2%)being the key elements. However,the current cultivation efforts still faces multiple challenges:the absence of a systematic mechanism(76.6%),insufficient training resources(57.8%),an incomplete interdisciplinary knowledge system(42.2%),a lack of international exchange opportunities(41.6%),and an inadequate incentive mechanism(39.6%),all of which contribute to a generally ambiguous growth path for editorial talents. Based on this,this study,in combination with the industry’s demands and the preference survey of training approaches,critically draws on international mature experiences to construct a systematic training mechanism framework that includes an interdisciplinary knowledge system,diversified skills training and practice,internationalization ability enhancement,and the improvement of incentive mechanisms,and puts forward suggestions such as strengthening policy coordination and implementation support, integrating resources and innovating training models,focusing on the growth of young editors,and establishing a dynamic evaluation and optimization mechanism,in order to provide references for relevant academic societies and journal management bodies to improve the talent cultivation system and promote the high-quality development of the industry. |
