| 在我国科技期刊从借船出海向造船出海转变的背景下,建设世界一流科技期刊成为新时代科技期刊的重要使命。科技期刊编辑作为办好科技期刊的中坚力量,当前不同程度地存在职业认同度不高、职业倦怠感强等问题。在此情况下,深入洞察并剖析科技期刊编辑事业心的内涵,探讨培育与提升科技期刊编辑事业心的路径,具有重要意义。提升科技期刊编辑的事业心,关键在于以编辑主体的内在修炼与自我驱动为根本路径,以期刊组织的制度保障与文化赋能为关键支撑,以行业社会的认同塑造与生态滋养为外部沃土,构建编辑主体、期刊组织、行业社会“三位一体”共同培养的实践路径。 |

| Against the backdrop of China’s sci-tech journals shifting from “borrowing ships to go global” to “building ships to sail global”, building world-class sci-tech journals has become an important mission for journals in the new era. As the backbone of running scientific journals, editors currently face issues such as low professional identity and strong job burnout to varying degrees. Under such circumstances, it is of great significance to deeply understand and analyze the connotation of scientific journal editors’ professional dedication, and explore paths to cultivate and enhance their professional dedication. To enhance scientific journal editors’ professional dedication, the key lies in establishing a “trinity” cultivation approach:with editors’ internal cultivation and self-motivation as the fundamental path, journal organizations’ institutional guarantee and cultural empowerment as crucial support, and industry society’s recognition shaping and ecological nourishment as external fertile ground. |
