| 通过对数智时代学术期刊新特征的分析,揭示青年编辑在此背景下所面临的诸多挑战,进而提出一系列具有针对性的有效应对策略。大数据技术与人工智能技术的快速发展,推动了期刊内容、传播及服务的飞跃式发展,但同时也给编辑工作带来了技术掌握不熟练、信息筛选困难、数据安全风险等新的问题与挑战。青年编辑需要积极适应时代发展,从思想上实现转变,重塑自身角色定位,积极扩展专业技能,内外兼修,同时充分利用团队优势,以应对挑战,实现长远的职业发展。 |

| By conducting an in-depth analysis of the novel characteristics of academic journals in the digital intelligence era, this paper unveils the myriad challenges confronting academic editors in this specific context and subsequently puts forward a set of targeted and efficacious coping strategies. The swift advancement of big data and artificial intelligence technologies has propelled remarkable progress in journal content, dissemination, and services. Nevertheless, it has also introduced new problems and challenges to the editorial work, including inadequate technical competence, difficulties in information screening, and data security risks. Young editors are required to proactively adapt to the development trends of the times, undergo ideological transformation, redefine their role orientation, actively enhance their professional skills, and pursue both internal self-improvement and external cultivation. In the meantime, they should make full use of team advantages to tackle challenges and achieve sustainable career development. |
