      在科技论文审稿流程中,插图作为学术表达的核心可视化载体,其规范性与科学性直接影响学术信息的传播效能。部分作者因对插图功能认知模糊、对GB/T 7713.2—2022《学术论文编写规则》等国家标准执行不到位,导致插图存在命名冗余、逻辑断裂、数据失真等问题,不仅延长读者信息解码时间,更可能消解论文学术严谨性。本文基于《兵器装备工程学报》编辑实践,通过归纳图题表述失范、示意图要素缺失、非示意图逻辑缺陷等典型问题,结合格式塔理论与学术出版规范,提出针对性编辑策略,旨在为科技期刊插图标准化加工提供实践参考,提升学术成果传播的精准性与有效性。
英文摘要:
      During the review process of scientific papers, illustrations serve as the pivotal visual medium for academic expression, with their standardization and scientific nature directly influencing the efficiency of academic information dissemination. Owing to a lack of clarity regarding the role of illustrations and insufficient adherence to national standards like GB/T 7713.2—2022 Presentation of academic Papers, certain authors encounter issues such as redundant naming conventions, logical inconsistencies, and data distortion in their illustrations. These problems not only extend the time required for readers to interpret the information but also potentially undermine the academic rigor of the papers. Drawing on the editorial experience of the Journal of Ordnance Equipment Engineering, this paper identifies and summarizes typical issues, including inappropriate illustration naming, missing elements in schematic diagrams, and logical flaws in non-schematic diagrams. By integrating Gestalt theory with academic publishing standards, it proposes targeted editing strategies designed to offer practical guidance for the standardized processing of illustrations in scientific journals, thereby enhancing the precision and efficacy of academic achievement communication.
