| 临床医学研究论文通常需要在研究对象部分明确描述该研究所采取的纳入与排除标准,科学合理地设置这些标准是获取符合研究目的所需要样本的关键。然而,目前尚无关于临床医学研究论文纳入与排除标准的著录规范,导致相关论文中纳入与排除标准的写法与内容各不相同,在已发表的文章中,经常会看到关于纳入和排除标准的概念混淆或错误,有些甚至缺乏纳入与排除标准。本文梳理了纳入与排除标准的定义和逻辑关系,总结了常见的错误类型,包括纳入与排除标准互斥、纳入与排除标准缺如、排除与剔除标准混淆、写作冗余等。同时结合典型错误案例进行了详细分析,提出了具体的修改建议。医学期刊编辑在进行相关文章的审稿与编辑加工时,应重点关注纳入与排除标准错误著录问题,确保所刊发论文的科学性及合理性。 |

| Clinical medical research papers typically require a clear description of the inclusion and exclusion criteria for the study subjects. Scientifically and reasonably setting these criteria is the key to obtaining samples that meet the research objectives, and is the core to ensure research reliability and result extrapolation. However, there is no writing standard for inclusion and exclusion criteria in clinical medical research papers, resulting in different writing and content of inclusion and exclusion criteria in relevant papers. In many published articles, confusion or incorrect descriptions of inclusion and exclusion criteria are often seen, and some articles even lack then. This article outlines the definitions and logical relationships of inclusion and exclusion criteria, and summarizes common types of errors, including inclusion and exclusion criteria that are mutually exclusive, absence of inclusion and exclusion criteria, confusion between exclusion and rejection criteria, and writing redundancy. At the same time, a detailed analysis was conducted based on typical error cases, and specific modification suggestions were proposed. Medical journal editors should focus incorrect description of inclusion and exclusion criteria when reviewing and editing related articles, to ensure scientific and rational nature of the published papers. |
