| 根据刊载内容的不同,科技期刊被分为学术、技术、科普期刊等,其中技术期刊主要刊登技术开发、工程应用、职业发展、行业进步和社会实践领域创新成果,推动各行业工程生产实践一线的经验交流和技术进步。但是,现行主流学术评价体系下,技术期刊的评价与发展一直被忽视,其贡献与价值被严重低估。本文以上海技术期刊为例,基于2023年度上海市新闻出版局期刊出版核验表,对122种上海技术期刊的学术表现、经营现状和团队情况进行统计分析。分析发现,技术期刊的生存现状面临自身发展需求与主办单位要求之间的矛盾、评价体系与实际定位适配性的矛盾、经营压力迫切和经营手段局限之间的矛盾、可持续发展需要和青年人才吸引力之间的矛盾等众多困境。建议在政策引领、评价引导、产业信任和机制保障4个方面入手,破局技术期刊的生存困境。 |

| Based on the differences in their content, sci-tech journals are classified into academic, technical, and popular science journals. Among them, technical journals mainly publish innovative achievements in the fields of technology development, engineering application, career development, industry progress, and social practice, serving as a platform for experience exchange and technological advancement in the frontlines of engineering production in various industries. However, under the current mainstream academic evaluation system, the evaluation and development of technical journals have been neglected, and their contributions and values have been seriously underestimated. This paper takes Shanghai’s technical journals as an example and conducts a statistical analysis of the academic performance, business development status, and team conditions of 122 Shanghai technical journals based on the 2023 Shanghai Press and Publication Bureau’s Journal Publication Verification Form. The analysis reveals that the survival of technical journals is confronted with numerous challenges, including the contradiction between their own development needs and the requirements of their sponsoring units, the mismatch between the evaluation system and their actual positioning, the contradiction between the urgent business pressure and the limited business means, and the contradiction between the need for sustainable development and the attraction of young talents. It is suggested that efforts should be made in four aspects:policy guidance, evaluation system guidance, industrial trust, and mechanism guarantee to break through the survival predicament of technical journals. |
