| 本文针对科技期刊高质量发展中的资源约束问题,以《中国机械工程》为例,分析了当前科技期刊在办刊经费短缺和人力资源不足双重约束下面临的发展困境,从青年编委推荐制、创建学术交流品牌、聘请栏目学科主编、编辑岗位分工、编校质量提升5个方面探讨了期刊在成本约束条件下的高质量发展实施路径。研究结果表明,采用科学的路径能够有效缓解成本约束与高质量发展之间的矛盾,为同类期刊的高质量发展提供可借鉴的实践范式。 |

| To tackle the resource limitations hindering the high-quality advancement of sci-tech journals, this study uses China Mechanical Engineering as a case study to examine the development challenges confronting current sci-tech journals amidst the dual constraints of inadequate operational funding and a scarcity of human resources. It delves into feasible strategies for achieving high-quality development despite cost restrictions across five key dimensions:introducing a recommendation system for young editorial board members, establishing academic exchange brands, appointing subject-specific editors for different sections, dividing professional editor positions, and elevating the quality of editing and proofreading. The results demonstrate that employing scientific methods can effectively alleviate the tension between cost constraints and high-quality development, thereby providing a replicable and practical model for the high-quality advancement of comparable sci-tech journals. |
