| 在创建世界一流科技期刊大潮中,为破解综合性科技期刊发展进程中普遍面临的发展瓶颈,我国探索了一条依托国家战略、向专业化方向转型的改革路径。本文以《应用科技》成功更名为《计算》的实践为案例,深入分析了其转型前作为综合性期刊学术影响力提升缓慢的困境,系统梳理了其创刊历程,总结了在顶层设计、团队建设、栏目策划、专题组织、出版模式及全链条传播等方面采取的一系列办刊举措。通过专业化转型,《计算》凭借其内容高质量、权威的专家阵容及前沿的学术专题,在创刊后迅速获得学界认可与好评,成功实现了期刊影响力的跨越式提升。实践证明,综合性科技期刊向专业化方向转型,是突破其发展困境、提升学术竞争力的有效路径。 |

| In the midst of China’s nationwide initiative to establish world-class sci-tech journals,a reform strategy has been developed to help comprehensive scientific journals overcome their common development challenges by aligning with national strategies and pursuing specialization. This paper uses the successful re-branding of Applied Science and Technology to Computing Magazine of the CCF as a case study. Initially, it examines the journal’s pre-transformation difficulties, particularly the slow growth in academic impact. The paper then systematically reviews the launch process of Computing Magazine of the CCF, summarizing a range of high-quality editorial practices in areas such as top-level design, team construction, section planning, thematic organization, publishing models, and full-chain dissemination. As a result of its specialization, Computing Magazine of the CCF quickly gained widespread academic recognition following its launch, due to its high-quality content, authoritative panel of experts, and cutting-edge special issues, leading to a significant enhancement of the journal’s influence. The case illustrates that specialization is an effective pathway for comprehensive journals to surmount development barriers and bolster their core academic competitiveness. |
