      在科技期刊高质量发展的背景下,选题策划与精准组稿已成为提升期刊学术影响力的核心策略。本文以《钻采工艺》为例,系统探讨了科技期刊借助选题策划与精准组稿策略增强学术影响力、服务国家战略的有效路径。在概述国家政策背景与行业现状基础上,指出当前期刊选题策划普遍存在的不足,强调构建策划体系的必要性,并从对接国家重大项目、聚焦学科前沿、借力学术会议、调研产学研需求及运用数据挖掘等5个维度,详细分析了前瞻性选题策划的核心路径。进一步提出通过院士与青年编委协同组稿、会议嵌入组稿、智能挖掘构建作者数据库及依托主办单位深入科研团队等策略实现精准组稿。实践表明,相关举措显著提升了期刊引证指标、优质稿源比例及产学研融合深度,有效促进了专家梯队建设与学科发展,为科技期刊高质量发展提供了可资借鉴的实践范例。
英文摘要:
      Against the backdrop of the high-quality development of sci-tech journals, topic selection planning and precise manuscript solicitation have emerged as pivotal strategies for elevating a journal’s academic influence. Using the Drilling & Production Technology as a case study, this article systematically investigates effective approaches for sci-tech journals to amplify their academic impact and contribute to national strategies through topic selection planning and manuscript solicitation tactics. Beginning with an overview of the national policy landscape and the current state of the industry, the article identifies prevalent shortcomings in existing topic selection planning and underscores the imperative of establishing a comprehensive planning system. Subsequently, it delves into the core pathways for forward-looking topic selection planning across five dimensions:aligning with major national projects, concentrating on the frontiers of disciplines, capitalizing on academic conferences, gauging the demands of industry-university-research collaboration, and utilizing data mining techniques. Additionally, it proposes strategies for precise manuscript solicitation, encompassing collaborative solicitation by academicians and young editorial board members, embedded solicitation at conferences, intelligent mining to construct an author database, and fostering in-depth engagement with research teams through the sponsoring organization. Practical implementation has demonstrated that these measures have notably enhanced the journal’s citation metrics, the proportion of high-quality manuscripts, and the depth of industry-university-research integration, thereby effectively advancing the construction of expert teams and the progression of disciplines, and offering a tangible example for the high-quality development of sci-tech journals.
